§ 276-4. Exemptions.

A.
Physicians licensed in accordance with MGL C. 112, § 2, who perform body art procedures as part of patient treatment are exempt from these regulations.

B.
Individuals who pierce only the lobe of the ear with a pre-sterilized single-use stud-and-clasp ear-piercing system are exempt from these regulations.
